It includes a library, music room, art room, gymnasium, ten classrooms, two computer labs and administrative offices. Presently, there are three – eighth grade rooms, three – seventh grade rooms, two – sixth grade rooms, one fifth grade room and one fourth grade room. Student services consist of special education resource rooms, speech services, Response to Intervention (RTI), Responsible Thinking Center (RTC), nurse station and counseling offices. Each classroom has a SMART board for instruction and active student interaction.
All classrooms and the library are equipped with four computers for students. There have been several facility improvement and repair projects over the past ten years These renovations include: electrical upgrades to the entire building, fiber – optic cabling to the building, internet capabilities in every room, video conferencing capabilities in the library area, ground source geothermal heating and cooling, upgrades to the nurses’ station, a newly expanded 4500 square foot library and training area addition, new windows, roof, doors, and a security camera system at all building entrances, hallways, commons areas, and exterior of the building.
